We now can offer stud service to approved bitches with Solomon.  Stud service is $1200, which is what we charge for a single show quality puppy from our base priced litters.  All bitches submitted for breeding with Solomon must be at least OFA fair hips/elbows grade 1 or better, MDR1 -/+ or better, DM A/G or better. If your bitch is not DM or MDR1 tested, Parsons will credit $125 toward your stud fee to have these tests performed as our biggest concern is the health of ANY White Shepherd offspring. Solomon's offspring will be 3rd generation white, making them eligible for registration in Europe.

Our kennel is located east of Springfield in the Mohawk Valley of Lane County, Oregon.  We have five fenced acres of creek frontage, and our dogs are family pets as well as being stock for our breeding program. 

 

Our goal is to produce dogs of sound temperament, health and body; conforming to the United Kennel Club and the FCI (Fédération Cynologique Internationale) breed standard for the White Shepherd, which recognizes them as a distinct and separate breed from the German Shepherd Dog. All of our dogs are OFA hips/elbows and are backed our strict guarantee with respect to health.   The UKC standard calls for a less angulated dog as compared to the American style of GSD that is typically shown today, and generally a more mellow, soft, and sensitive character than the European working lines of German Shepherd. 

 

White Shepherds make great companion, service, and working dogs, and they have the natural physical and mental ability to be used for home protection, agility, obedience, herding, therapy, and search and rescue.

 

 

We proudly feed Canidae Dog Food, which is natural, holistic, and ethoxyquin free. Our dogs are on the Chicken and Rice formula (yellow bag).  Canidae also makes grain free diets for dogs that are sensitive to grains or that respond better to lower carbohydrate diets.
